Pyrolysized Coal

Subbituminous Coal is heated in an oxygen-depleted vessel to produce high quality carbon which is used two ways.  One way is as a reductant in the Smelt Reaction Vessel (SRV), and the second way is to ‘crack’ the CO2 molecule to optimize all gases to CO.

SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL

In the midst of rising environmental concerns and mounting pressure to reduce carbon emissions, our Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) emerges as a promising solution. With commercial aviation accounting for around 2% of global emissions – a figure set to grow rapidly – the need for SAF becomes increasingly critical.

SAF can offer significant emissions reductions, and our SAF would be carbon neutral meaning no new carbon was introduced to the environment to make the product.  It’s also a “drop-in” fuel that works with existing engines and infrastructure, bypassing the need for costly aviation modifications. Our SAF is tackling these challenges head-on, proving that sustainable flight doesn’t have to break the bank.

BLUE METHANOL

Derived from blue hydrogen and captured carbon dioxide emissions, blue methanol drastically cuts carbon dioxide emissions compared to conventional methanol production methods. Our groundbreaking process uses CO2 exhaust gases that would otherwise contribute to environmental pollution, turning waste into a valuable resource.

CARBON NEUTRAL METALLURGICAL SLAG

Playing a crucial role in metal extraction and refining, our Carbon Neutral Metallurgical Slag is a versatile, sustainable by-product that embodies the principles of a static carbon cycle. Every ton of steel generates around 400-560 kg of this slag, rich in calcium oxide (CaO) and magnesium oxide (MgO), making it a potent alkaline residue with several beneficial applications.

From serving as an aggregate in construction materials like cement, brick, and glass-ceramic tiles to bolstering crop yield in agriculture, our metallurgical slag is consistently repurposed in ways that drive both environmental and economic gains. It’s even used in residential and commercial insulation, further showcasing its functional diversity.
